  1. Have 5 or 6 small meals a day
  2. Eat till you satisfied but not till stuffed
  3. Keep away white bread, rice and pasta
  4. Never eat after 8pm
  5. Learn to skip dessert
  6. Make exercise, go to gym or just walk everyday
  7. Drink water as much as possible
  8. Have at least 3 servings of fruit and veggies per day
  9. Drink a cup of green tea before go to bed
  10. No fast food
